The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home! I loved the traditional bathroom setup; it was so convenient with the sink separate from the toilet. Plus, the heated pools were a total game-changer for relaxation!

The room was big enough for our family and had the a/c ready when we arrived. The breakfast spread was nice, with decent options for kids.
It was a bit pricey, but that's what you expect for this kind of place.

The indoor hot tub pool was nice and warm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room wasn't very clean, with some issues that needed attention. Breakfast could have had better food choices, especially for kids. It’s pet-friendly with no fees, which is a big plus. Wouldn't recommend if you need a quiet environment; it can get noisy in the halls.

This hotel is perfectly positioned just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 20-25 minutes from Gatlinburg, making it incredibly convenient for weekend strolls to explore the local attractions and stunning views of the Smokies;

Friendly staff made a great first impression, and the dog park was a fantastic perk. The indoor pool looked inviting, but we didn’t use it. Room cleanliness was a letdown—worn chairs and peeling paint didn't feel welcoming. The breakfast left much to be desired; my husband described the eggs as awful. Noise from the elevator and outside traffic disrupted our sleep. Issues with the TV and door lock added to the frustration. Still, the staff's eagerness to help shone through, making the challenging moments easier to bear.

Convenient location, just minutes from Pigeon Forge. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds and exceptional water pressure. Loved the variety of breakfast options and the pools—definitely a highlight. not all was perfect. The first room we received was musty and reeked of smoke from the hallway. Communication with the front desk was lacking, particularly regarding our concerns. Noise from barking dogs and disrespectful guests was disruptive. While the amenities are decent, they need to enforce their non-smoking policy and improve room cleanliness. The breakfast experience suffered due to a lack of syrup for the waffles, which was disappointing given the variety offered. With improvements, this place has real potential.

During my visit to La Quinta By Wyndham Sevierville, I appreciated the welcoming demeanor of the staff and the surprisingly good breakfast. The indoor pool was heated, but there were some maintenance issues in the room. a reasonably comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The breakfast was disappointing—everything was blueberry, and the eggs were embarrassingly watery. Plus, my room felt neglected; I found someone else's leftovers in the fridge and spotted dark stains on the sheets. It was truly gross and unsettling.

The hotel was well, maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.
The breakfast options were limited, with a repetitive selection of blueberry, flavored items. The room had several maintenance issues, such as disconnected outlets and a loose mirror.

Stayed with my pets, and the pet, friendly rooms with vinyl floors were a win. The staff was friendly, and the exercise facility with various equipment was a nice touch. The location was convenient, not too far from attractions but away from the hustle.
The cleanliness was lacking; damp, musty bed sheets and wet, smelly carpets affected our comfort.

During my recent stay at La Quinta, I was pleased with the overall experience. The room was equipped with ironing facilities, which came in handy for getting my clothes wrinkle-free. The heating and air conditioning worked well, allowing me to adjust the room temperature to my liking. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a relaxing cup of tea in the morning. I was disappointed to find that there was no mini-bar available, which would have been a nice addition for late-night snacks or drinks. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, providing a space to unwind after a long day of exploring. The bathroom telephone was a unique touch, although I didn't find myself using it during my stay. The bathtub was a good size, but I did notice that the free toiletries provided were limited in selection. I didn't make use of the AM/FM alarm clock or CD player in the room, but the direct dial telephone came in handy for ordering room service. The flat-screen TV offered a variety of channels for entertainment during downtime. One area that could use improvement is the laundry facilities. It would have been convenient to have easy access to laundry services during my stay. my experience at La Quinta was positive, with comfortable amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

we were very impressed with our two-night stay at La Quinta. the staff were fantastic and the room was exceptionally clean. the hotel is easily located, just 3 miles south of I40 East Exit 407. the facilities were very good and we particularly loved the modern look of the reception area with ample space to move around. the breakfast was delightful with a variety of options including waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, donuts. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the pet-friendly policy was a plus, and even though we didn't bring our dog, we loved petting the dogs at the hotel. the indoor pool, though smaller than expected, still provided enjoyment for the kids. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a blast enjoying the nearby water sports like kayaking and water skiing. The natural beauty around the hotel provided endless fun activities for all ages. The kids loved every moment exploring the outdoors and trying out new adventures.
My wife says that more kid-friendly entertainment options would enhance family stays.

the la quinta was super clean and the location was really great - close to on the hill. the friendly staff and warm indoor pool made our stay fantastic. the breakfast was top-notch - well-stocked, and clean.

Went kayaking and water skiing - so sick! The area was dope with mad activities, perfect for a crew like us looking to chill and have a blast.
Yo, just wish they had a cool game room or a DJ night for us party animals. Extra fun would've been fire!

During our recent vacation to Sevierville, we had an amazing stay at a hotel just minutes away from the water park. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, away from the chaos of town but still conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

I discovered the area attractions and enjoyed the pool. A hike in the Smoky Mountain Park was a highlight.
I had the pleasure of hearing dogs barking and fighting at all hours, a real symphony for the night.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoyed the hot and cold breakfast options very much. The room was spacious and clean, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The location also suited our needs perfectly. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
